Polson Police Foundation – Sponsorship Tiers

The Polson Police Foundation is a Montana nonprofit public benefit corporation organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Sponsorships directly support training, equipment, wellness initiatives, and community outreach that strengthen trust and safety in Polson.
👮♂️ Sponsorship Levels
Community Partner – $500 / year
- Recognition on Foundation website.
- Name included in annual report.
- Certificate of appreciation from the Foundation.
Neighborhood Supporter – $1,000 / year
- All Community Partner benefits, plus:
- Logo featured on Foundation website.
- Social media thank-you post.
- Recognition at one community event.
Public Safety Advocate – $2,500 / year
- All Neighborhood Supporter benefits, plus:
- Logo placement on event banners and printed materials.
- Invitation to annual sponsor appreciation event.
- Recognition in press releases (when applicable).
Mission Champion – $5,000 / year
- All Public Safety Advocate benefits, plus:
- Prominent logo placement on Foundation website.
- Opportunity for company representative to be recognized at events.
- Special feature in annual report.
Legacy Sponsor – $10,000+ / year
- All Mission Champion benefits, plus:
- Dedicated acknowledgment plaque presented to sponsor.
- Option to sponsor a specific program (Youth Engagement, Officer Wellness, Community Safety, etc.).
- Recognition in community publications where feasible.
🔒 Transparency & Accountability
- Sponsorship funds are restricted to the mission areas defined in the Bylaws of the Polson Police Foundation (PPF Bylaws).
- All sponsors are subject to the Foundation’s Conflict of Interest Policy.
- Annual reports and financial disclosures are available on request.
